Banff World Media Festival
I’m on my way to the 2012 Banff World Media Festival, where I’ll have the opportunity to meet movers and shakers in the industry. On Monday afternoon I’ll be presenting in the Digital Launch Pad program, in which I’ll present Out With Dad to an audience seeking for opportunities to connect with audiences. This event will be live-streamed, I’ll share details about that as soon as they become available on our Facebook and Twitter feeds. With any luck, I might make connections that can lead to finances for our third season and beyond! Wish me luck!

Next Episode
The down side to going to Banff is that our next episode isn’t complete – and I don’t know how much time I’ll have to work on it while I’m away. I’ve shown a rough cut to the fans in our VIP Group already, and they love it. One of our fans helped me find the title: “Out with Doubts”. I’m sure you’ll it’s perfect when you see it!
I prefer launching episodes on Thursdays, but I’ll be travelling back to Toronto that day. Maybe Friday? I appreciate everyone’s patience. And yes: there will be a scene with Vanessa! After “Out with Doubts”, there will be one more!

Wait-I interpreted that as one more episode left in season 2, not one more episode left with Vanessa…which one is it?!
So only one more scene with Vanessa and that will be all of her acting in the series and then which series must the Vanessa fans have to watch to see her in a regular basis??????
Besides will we have the pleasure to see Rose in some HOT SCENES with ANOTHER GIRL or that is out of the scope of the children of Out with Dad and those scenes are just for adults???

So there will be only two more with Vanessa? while I admit Rose and Claire are a cute couple I was hoping Vanessa would finally admit “it” and be a couple with Rose. Looking forward to the new episode.
While I am sharing the love for Vanessa, her drifting out does make a sense. She seems to be choosing her family over her own happiness, which unfortunely happens in real life. One thing about this show has always been for me is grounded and realistic. I am hoping for a “five years from now” type resolution for her where she is out and happy when Out With Dad ends. FYI, I want five seasons atleast of Out With Dad.
As I hate to admit it, you’re right. Often it end up in such a way. And you might even go on regret your decision when you grow older. I remember a sweet boy that was a neighbor of me, who asked if he could get a kiss of me. For a long time, I regret that I said no. Still, people have to move forward. Of course, in my case, it wasn’t because I tried hiding anything, but he was so direct that I got a little caught of guard…
Still, in real life people make bad decisions, but instead of copying with your bad decisions, you should learn from your mistakes. And in the case of the series, at least there won’t be a person with regret since Vanessa is just a character and not a real person.
