Not sure what they meant by coming out. Did they mean like out publicly everywhere? Or just out and tell your closest?

Being out is by definition, right? I know this party is over now, but… I just wonder what that out is about. Out by your definition? Theirs definition? What is their definition of out? To me, the definition of being out is to not act like you’re straight, don’t be afraid of people thinking you’re gay, being relaxed and comfortable with what you are. And don’t lie about you’re sexuality. To me, that would mean out.

To not be out is to me living in fear of people discovering what you are. Lying about you’re sexuality and trying to act into the typical straight role than is natural for you.

To me… just telling people like “Hello, I’m gay”. That just seems like a weird way to great someone. I mean… isn’t that telling it around to people part of making it seem less natural? It’s like… is it actually something to tell people about? I would rather talk about a boyfriend then talk about sexuality…

I think you are over thinking. It’s a fundraising party.
      Too bad I missed it!

Yeah … England would be nice … it’s much easier to fly over there from germany … for getting to Canada isn’t simply jumping on a plane to rock a party in the neighborhood :-/
